A Little Puppy Therapy

Every once in a while you just need a little unconditional love.  heck, I think we need it more than every once in a while.  We probably need it everyday!  Dogs are good about that sort of thing.  They are always happy to see you when you come home.  They always just want to play or be near you. No matter what.

I often find this “doggy clingyness” bothersome.  I’m much more of a independent-cat-type of woman.  But I do really appreciate the support dogs give people.  The unconditional love.  It is so very important.

These photos were taken while I was visiting my roommates family. Her aunt just got a new puppy.  This is Kya!!!  She is such a cute, hyper, friendly puppy.  So cute!!!!!!!

A Picture is HOPE -Help Portrait

Help Portrait is a remarkable idea! It has photographers go into their communities and take photos for people who might not have ever had an opportunity to get their photo taken before.  Basically, have photographers give back to the community with their photography!

I found out about Help Portrait last year after their first event and I was totally bummed that I missed it.  I’ve been looking forward to this years Help Portrait event ever since!  I’ve followed Help Portrait LA on twitter and I can’t wait for Dec. 4th to get here so I can be a part of this!
